AcipHex

AcipHex is used to treat the stomach for conditions caused by too much acid, such as peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and Zollinger-Ellsion Syndrome. AcipHex stops acid production in the stomach causing the ailment to slow and eventually stop. A short 4-8 week period is usually prescribed for GERD.
