Ordering from Panther Meds is fast and easy! You can order online, by mail or by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-866-353-2236. Please note – the fastest way to get your medications is by ordering online.

Ordering Online

1. Find your medications using our Rx SEARCH tool and add them to your Shopping Cart
2. Select "Checkout" and complete the requested information (Customers note – if you've logged on as an existing Customer, most of the requested information will be auto-filled)
3. Fax, email or mail us a copy of your prescription from your Doctor (see address information below)

Ordering By Phone

1. Call us at 1-866-353-2236 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives
2. If you're not already a Customer, a Customer Service Representative will take the necessary information and guide you through your ordering options

Ordering By Mail

1. Print and complete an Order Form
2. Find the price of your medications using our Rx SEARCH tool tool and add them to your Order Form
3. Fax, email or mail us your completed Order Form, together with the prescription from your Doctor (see address information below)

How to Send us Your Documentation and Prescriptions

You can send us order documentation and prescriptions two convenient ways:

1. Online – Customers can submit this information through a convienient online form after signing in.
2. by fax – Send to fax
3. Once we have your order, related documents and any required prescriptions, your medications will usually arrive at your door in 2-4 weeks.
