4. Are you able to contact my physician and get prescriptions or refills?

Absolutely. There is no charge for this service. Give us all the contact information for your doctor(s) in the special instructions area when you are placing your order. Or simply ask us to call you and get it.

5. Can you do a pharmacy transfer?

Of course. You will need to give us the Pharmacy name and telephone number along with your prescription number. Please enter this information into the special instructions area field when you are placing your order online.

6. Is there a limit to the quantity I can order from you?

We advise customers to order a 90-day supply of each medication. This way you do not have any risk of having excess medication if your health regimen changes.

7. Can I order multiple discount drugs from you at the same time?

Absolutely. You can order as many medications as you need and have prescriptions for. As long as the order fits in one box-per-filling pharmacy, there are no extra charges.

8. If my prescription changes or the medication doesn’t work can I send it back?

14. Can I use my insurance plan to cover my purchases though you?

PantherMeds.com cannot handle insurance programs. However we can provide prescription receipts and statements for you to submit to your insurance provider. CHECK with your provider first though to ensure they will reimburse you for purchases made internationally.

15. What is the cost of shipping?

$10.99 per country you order from if we are shipping to North America unless you order from our U.S. pharmacy, where shipping is always free. If you are outside North America, rates may vary and we will contact you to advise you of all charges.

16. How do you package the orders for shipment?

We ship all medications in manufacturer’s sealed containers. All orders will arrive at your door via the United States Postal Service or your national carrier.

17. Is it possible to overnight my orders if I am in a rush?

Only our U.S. pharmacy can overnight products. Overnight couriers such as FedEx and UPS do not allow prescription products to be shipped across international boarders.

18. What is the typical delivery time?

Orders usually arrive in about 10-14 days, however shipping times can vary widely depending on factors completely out of our control. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of it being shipped, we will replace it, guaranteed.

25. When does my credit card get charged?

We will only bill your card when the order is assembled, pharmacist inspected and ready to ship. All transactions will appear as “PantherMeds” on your statement.
